FR-HA series

Disk Probe FR-HA Series is an attachment designed for the FRTS series food texture analyzer with a capacity of 100 N. Its disk-shaped probe compresses a wide surface area, making it suitable for elasticity testing of sponge cake, fruits, and hamburger patties, as well as viscosity testing of items such as cheese, custard cream, and dressings.
