Spring Rate Measurement Module
The Spring Rate Measurement Module is a dedicated plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Professional. It enables calculation of the spring rate—the force required to compress or extend a spring—displays the measurement results, and allows output to dedicated report templates or CSV files. The module supports compression springs, tension springs, and disc springs. *Download Card Basic is required.

- For compression springs, calculates the spring rate between P1 (%) and P2 (%) after entering the total deflection of the sample
- For tension springs, calculates the spring rate between P1 (%) and P2 (%) after entering the maximum applied force
- For disc springs, calculates the force value at P1 (%) after entering the total deflection of the sample; *Deflection Correction Function must be used together when measuring disc springs
- Spring rate values and related parameters can be exported using dedicated report templates or CSV files
