Yarn Tenacity Testing Module
The Yarn Tenacity Testing Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Series. It automatically converts force values obtained during yarn tensile testing into yarn tenacity, based on the fineness (tex) of the tested yarn, and displays the calculated results. The module also allows switching of graph axes between Y-axis (Tenacity ⇔ Force) and X-axis (Stretchability ⇔ Displacement). This function partially complies with standards related to yarn and fiber evaluation, including JIS L1095. *Download Card Basic is required.

- Automatically calculates and displays yarn tenacity for evaluating yarn tensile strength; also calculates and displays stretchability and stretchability rate using displacement based on the sample’s initial length
- Selectable yarn tenacity units: [N/tex], [cN/tex], [N/dtex], [cN/dtex]; selectable stretchability units: [Δ (dimensionless)] and [Δ%]
- Yarn tenacity is used as a parameter to compensate for variations in fiber thickness
- Yarn tenacity data can be exported using dedicated report templates or in CSV format
